Understanding Where To Begin

Renovation Starter Consultation.

This is a focused, in-person consultation for clients at the early stages of a renovation in London.

It provides clarity on what is possible within your home, what should be prioritised and how to approach the project before any major decisions are made.

We walk through your home together, discussing your ideas and assessing the property in its current state.

This may include:

Identifying what is structural and what can be changed

Highlighting opportunities within the existing layout

Discussing priorities and where to focus first

Explaining the correct order of works

Flagging common mistakes and early considerations

This session is suited to clients who want to understand their home properly before moving forward.

What This Session Covers.

A bathroom with a tiled wall and a bathtub. There is a window on the left letting in natural light. The tub has a brown vase with green foliage, and a small wooden stool with soap. Two towels, one white and one brown, are draped over the edge of the tub. Gold-colored fixtures including a faucet, a round control panel, and a shower rod with a handheld showerhead are visible.

Why This Matters?

Many renovations begin without a clear understanding of what is involved.

As a result, decisions are often made too late, changes happen during the build and costs increase unnecessarily.

This session brings clarity at the outset — helping you approach your renovation with a more informed and considered perspective.

Following the consultation, you may choose to move forward independently or continue working with us through a Design Scope Consultation.

If you are looking for a more in-depth session focused on layout and planning, the Renovation Planning Session may be more appropriate.
